In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn) within 3 days of receiving your order. Online Orders can only be exchanged or returned via the online department. Exchanges or refunds cannot be made at our store. 

Those returned items that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense. No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances.

Shipping cost for change of mind or exchanges will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.

Details for exchange/return requests should be directed to online@supplystore.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order. Within 36 hours you will receive a return confirmation along with the return address.

Any discrepancy with your order must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shoe boxes may be damaged in transit, we cannot accept returns on product because of a damaged box.

Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package. We will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced returns. It is solely on the customer to ensure the items are returned safely.

We will review this on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.

Please note that sizing of products displayed on our site may have a variance of 1-2 cm.

If a product/s is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at online@supplystore.com.au as soon you discover the fault. Faults must be brought to our attention within 1 week of purchase.

We will repair the fault if possible. In the event that we are unable to repair it, we will replace the product.

Please send a photograph of the fault, this will prevent any possible delays in the returns process. Upon receiving the defective product, we will then need to approve the claim.

Winning raffle entries can not be returned or exchanged. As Raffle items are classed as limited "Launch Product" (hyped product with an ultra fast shelf life), the Terms & Conditions agreed to upon entry are binding and will be upheld.
